YDC fund administrator: Money will run out despite $20 million contribution from the state

The Sununu Youth Development Center in Manchester was approved for $20 million Wednesday to help resolve claims by people who say they were abused at the facility. Even with that contribution from the state, the fund's administrator says it will run out of money by the end of the year.
