In Côte d'Ivoire, the Constitutional Council confirmed on Tuesday 4 November the re-election of Alassane Ouattara, for a fourth term, as President of the Republic. The Constitutional Council validates his re-election to 89.77%. Far ahead of Jean-Louis Billon, who wins 3.09% of the vote, or even ahead of Simone Ehivet, who obtains 2.42%. Emmanuel Macron congratulates Alassane Ouattara and calls for further bilateral "deepening".
