The Mayor of Železnik, Marko Gasser, violated the Integrity and Prevention of Corruption Act, as in addition to his professional mayoral position, he is also a member of the council of the Chamber of Agriculture and Forestry, the Commission for the Prevention of Corruption has found and initiated a misdemeanor procedure.
The Commission called on Gasser to eliminate the incompatibility of functions, but he did not do so.
According to the findings of the Commission for the Prevention of Corruption, the mayor of Železnik Marko Gasser is violating the Integrity and Prevention of Corruption Act, as he also serves as a member of the Council of the Chamber of Agriculture and Forestry of Slovenia.
