Arkansas Board of Corrections Endorses Laws Previously Challenged Under Settlement

Griffin says the cases are no longer worth court time as Sanders appointees now control the board and the Supreme Court appears likely to rule against her.

The settlements were advanced by a 4-3 vote with all four members appointed to the board by Gov. Sanders approving the move.
