A fatal crash involving a vehicle that ended up in Conococheague Creek has shut down a portion of Route 16 in Franklin County Thursday afternoon, PennDOT officials said. The single-vehicle crash was reported around 1 p.m. and closed part of Route 16 in Antrim Township, west of Greencastle, according to PennDOT spokesperson Fritzi Schreffler.
