A 60-year-old man suffered a serious fall from his e-bike on Friday because an unknown person had strung a plastic rope across a forest road above the Brandalm mountain pasture in Tyrol's Tux Valley (Schwaz district). The man was thrown forward from the bike and hit his head on the gravel path. Following people provided first aid and alerted emergency services. An emergency helicopter flew the injured man to Schwaz Hospital, police said.
