RCMP concerned for health, well-being of missing teen last seen in Colwood

West Shore RCMP say they’re very concerned for the health and well-being of a missing teen who was last seen late Saturday in Colwood.  Mounties say Jaxsen Swain, 16, was last spotted around 11:30 p.m. May 17 near the 300 block of Wale Road, near the Island Highway. Swain was reported missing the next day, on May 18, and RCMP say they’re seeking help from the public to find him.  In a news release Tuesday, police describe Swain as having a light…
