Cooler start leads to some storms and then warmer temperatures return

With temperatures of 23 to 26 degrees, Wednesday will be slightly warmer than previous days. Throughout the day, cloudy periods and sunny spells will alternate. Tomorrow evening, rain and thunderstorms may develop.
