The Cook Islands has concluded its participation in the first session of the Preparatory Commission for the United Nations Agreement on the Conservation and Sustainable Use of Marine Biological Diversity of Areas Beyond National Jurisdiction (BBNJ), held at UN Headquarters in New York from 14–25 April.
