Wife of Man Who Shot Lost DoorDash Driver Admits to Deleting Doorbell Video of the Incident

Selina Nelson-Reilly pleaded guilty Friday in Chester to tampering with evidence, following the conviction of her husband, John Reilly III, for shooting a DoorDash delivery driver.
John Reilly III was convicted of assault for firing at Alpha Barry, a lost delivery driver who mistakenly entered their property in May 2025, prosecutors said.
After investigators left the home, Nelson-Reilly deleted 17 doorbell camera videos and texted a friend saying she had permanently deleted them, prosecutors said.
Under the plea agreement, Nelson-Reilly must complete one year of probation and 200 hours of community service, with the felony count potentially vacated if conditions are met.
Reilly remains in custody and faces up to 25 years in prison when sentenced May 18, while his attorney Andrew Jason Proto plans to appeal the conviction.
