Contractors file $345K in liens against midcoast strip mall

Liens totaling $345,000 have been placed on a new commercial retail strip mall on Route 1 in Thomaston. Four liens have been filed since Oct. 31, 2025, on 200 New County Road, where Thomaston Retail Management, LLC, of Bingham Farms, Mich., has had a retail development constructed.
