Disney+ currently has to do without HDR10+ and Dolby Vision. Affected subscribers could therefore claim money back. We had reported: Due to a dispute over patents, the streaming service had to delete Dolby Vision and then HDR10+. Finally, the regular HDR10 fell away at some point. The latter has now returned, but the two dynamic formats HDR10+ and Dolby Vision still shine through absence. Consumer protection is therefore now also on the agenda.

After the disappearance of various HDR formats at Disney+, consumer protectors advise to reclaim subscription money. There was a legal flaw.
