The Ministry of Consumer Affairs sent a letter this Monday to 13 real estate and investment funds to inform them that they must extend the contracts of their tenants that expire between March 22, 2026 and December 31, 2027 and that they request it. Among all these companies they manage more than 100,000 rental housing in Spain, according to the department headed by Pablo Bustinduy in a note sent to the media.
