By Ginna Young Changing the site plan has been in discussion since last fall, but finally, Feb. 4, the Holcombe Area Veterans Memorial Planning Committee agreed to move forward. The idea to modify the plan came from Ron Jiskra, so as to provide more standard parking spaces, as opposed to the few handicapped accessible in the original plan.
