Construction workers try to rescue 2 from burning car in Madison County, but driver, passenger die

Oneida, N.Y. — Two people died Thursday when they were trapped inside a burning car after it crashed in the city of Oneida, police said.The people killed were identified as Beckyjo A. Kehrer, 52, of Canastota, and Tammy A. Goodwin, 55, of Eaton, according to the Oneida Police Department.
