Two of the four applications for unconstitutionality against the National Solidarity Act were admitted to the Constitutional Court (CC).
Quito, July 4 (La Calle). – The Constitutional Court of Ecuador admitted to the proceedings two actions of unconstitutionality against the National Solidarity Law, approved and published on June 10, 2025. The Admission Courts unified the claims in a single proceeding and recommended to the plenary of the Court to treat them in the trial phase with priority.
The Constitutional Court gave way to two legal actions against the Orgnica Law of National Solidarity, a rule promoted by President Daniel Noboa with urgent car cter econ mico. Although the suspension of the rule was requested, no precautionary measures were granted.
