University of North Carolina System leaders on Tuesday issued their formal response to Education Secretary Linda McMahon’s recent call for institutions to develop and publish reform plans. The secretary had asked colleges and universities across the nation for a response by the end of the year, but UNC provided an 11-page memo just two weeks after the request. Source
