Government takes forward the transport aid decree, but suffers a defeat with the collapse of pension revaluation and the extension of the social shield
There will be no rise for pensions. PP, Vox and Junts vote against the government's well-known 'decree bus' in which the measure affecting all pensioners in the country was included. A vote that took place on Tuesday 27 January 2026 in the Congress of Deputies and ended with 178 votes against and 171 in favour.
