KPCC poised to take tough line on discipline, without closing door on reconciliation between opposing parties, in fracas involving MLA Haridas
KPCC enquiry commission head M M Hassan promises full representation for the conflicting party workers as the hearing begins at the KPCC office. The episode had also brought to the fore larger questions regarding the conduct and responsibilities of MLAs that come with parliamentary privilege.
The party-appointed investigation committee into the scuffle between MLA Ramya Haridas and local Congress leaders in Chirayinkeezhu will meet today. It is learnt that the committee headed by M.M.
