[Opinion] Congress approves in second vote reform that establishes the counting of votes in elections

The Congress of the Republic approved, in a second vote and with 80 votes in favor, the opinion that establishes the recount of votes

The initiative was supported by 82 votes in favour, 25 against and no abstention, giving the green light to the text replacing the opinion presented by the Commission of the Constitution and Regulation.
