Kontron AG, a subsidiary of industrial PC manufacturer Ennoconn, has agreed to sell its stakes in two subsidiaries, Kontron America Modules LLC and Kontron Asia Embedded Design Sdn Bhd, to German embedded and edge computing solution provider Congatec GmbH. The transaction, valued at EUR26 million (US$30.57 million), aims to strengthen the ongoing partnership between the two companies.
