Condo owner not liable in dog-bite appeal

Two plaintiffs alleging that they were bitten by a dog during a New Year’s Eve party at condominium could not hold the owner of the condo liable, as the owner did not know or have reason to know of any dangerous propensities the dog may have had, the Court of Appeals has ruled in an unpublished decision.
