CASTLE HAYNE, NC (WWAY) — According to NC Highway Patrol, before 5 p.m. Monday evening there was a crash near the New Hanover County and Pender County line on Highway 117. A Dodge Truck carrying cement was traveling north and a truck pulling a trailer and excavator was traveling south.
