Concerns in Zeeland About the Effect of Low-Flying Helicopters

The province of Zeeland is concerned about the effects of low-flying helicopters on nature and agriculture, among other things. Defence has designated almost all of Zeeland as an area where pilots can practice flying just above the ground. This also applies to large parts of North Holland, Overijssel, North Brabant and Utrecht.
