CHULA VISTA, Calif. (FOX 5/KUSI) -- Authorities identified on Friday the motorcyclist who was killed when a car "intentionally drove" into him on I-805 in Chula Vista earlier this week. Jorge Uribe, 53, was identified as the deceased in Monday's crash, according to the San Diego County Medical Examiner's Office. His death was ruled a homicide.
