Public obstacles are seen by some as an opportunity for real estate investment that can leave tens of thousands of dollars in short-term rent, long-term rent, or property resale after making improvements to it. However, in the face of the affordable housing crisis facing Puerto Rico, several initiatives have emerged that promote access to these properties for the homeless and from the municipalities where the obstacle lies.
Public obstacles are seen by some as an opportunity for real estate investment that can leave tens of thousands of dollars in short-term rent, long-term rent, or property resale after making improvements to it.
