Commissioners To Consider Re-Zone Request For Housing
The Scott County Commissioners will be holding a public hearing next Wednesday, April 15, to consider taking action of a rezoning request to allow for additional housing in the community of Lexington. At their March 11 meeting the county Advisory Plan Commission unanimously approved the request of KFG Building LLC to re-zone approximately three acres from Agricultural to Residential 1 by an 8-0 vote. The APC approval now moves the final decision
