Commissioners approve lease allowing for underwater internet line to Benton Harbor

Benton Harbor City Commissioners have approved a 75-year ground lease to broadband company Peninsula Fiber Network so it can begin work on a major underwater internet connection between Chicago and Jean Klock Park.
