[Miyako Island] On the 13th, Miyako Island City announced that it had approved a port environment improvement plan (Minato Ryokuchi PPP = Public-Private Partnership) to lease approximately 1.3 hectares of Hirarin Park at Hirara Port to a local company, Umisora Midori to Machi (President: Yasufumi Nerome), for approximately 30 years starting in May.
