AUG 5 – Microsoft is adding eight new games to Xbox Game Pass in August 2025, including Assassin's Creed Mirage and Aliens: Fireteam Elite, with some titles leaving the service mid-month.
- On August 5, Microsoft revealed Wave 1 of its August 2025 Xbox Game Pass lineup, including Rain World for all tiers.
