- John Bishop has announced a major UK and Ireland arena tour for spring 2027, including stops in Newcastle, Dublin, and Belfast.
- Following his sold-out '25' tour last year, John Bishop, comedian, said: `After my 25 tour last year I thought I would take time off, but I loved it so much I am itching to get on the road again.`
- Tickets go on sale at 10am on Friday, January 30, via venue sites and Ticketmaster, for performances at OVO Hydro, SSE Arena Belfast, Dublin's 3 Arena, and Utilita Arena Newcastle.
- The announcement coincides with the January 30 UK cinema release of Is This Thing On?, a film inspired by John Bishop's life directed by Bradley Cooper and starring Cooper, Will Arnett and Laura Dern, building on Bishop's recent sold-out Back At It tour.
- Later this year John Bishop returns to Saturday nights on BBC One to host Wisdom of the Crowd, an eight-part series, after his first stand-up gig in October 2000.
