Cartagena (Colombia), 9 Jun (EFE).- The Colombian presidential candidate of ultra-right Abelardo de la Espriella and his followers challenged on Tuesday a court order that prohibited them from using patriotic symbols and allusive expressions to military institutions and filled with flags the Plaza de la Customs, in Cartagena de Indias, in a massive campaign rally.
The Bogotá High Court ordered on Tuesday the right-wing presidential candidate, Abelardo de la Espriella, to dismantle in the next 24 hours all the political propaganda in which he used patriotic symbols such as the flag and national coat of arms of Colombia, as well as images alluding to military and police institutions.
