After three decades, the government of Gustavo Petro, managed to get Colombia back to the Board of Directors of the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO). “Colombia regains its seat on the FAO Board of Directors. This is an opportunity to position the agenda of Agrarian Reform, rural development and the construction of just, resilient and sustainable agro-food systems,” said Minister of Agriculture, Martha Carvajalino.
