The Colombian government issued a decree prohibiting, without exception, exports of coal to Israel. Gustavo Petro's draft government intends to modify article one of Decree 1047 of 2024, in which it had been mentioned that the external sales of the mineral from Colombia would be stopped. This document conceived two conditions under which sales were permitted (article two and three of the same decree).
