Havana, May 23 (RHC) An exemplary, oral and public trial was held on Thursday in the Chamber for Offences against State Security, in the People's Provincial Court in Havana, against three citizens for the crime of illicit drug trafficking.

Against the accused, who had been tried since Monday for an attempt to assassinate him before the Court of Assizes of the Bouches-du-Rhône, in Aix-en-Provence, the magistrate requested that this sentence be accompanied by a two-thirds security period, ensuring that these facts had been "coolly thought, organized and executed".
