Eastlink and Cogeco filed a judicial challenge before the Federal Court of Appeal concerning a CRTC decision dated 20 June 2025 on wholesale internet access. According to both companies, the CRTC's decision is tainted by fundamental legal errors, as it would not have properly applied the 2023 Federal Cabinet Directive to promote competition.
