It’s a comeback that's been brewing for nearly 10 years. The coffee chain Dunkin' is relaunching in Canada after shuttering all of its locations north of the border closed. On Tuesday (May12), Foodtastic Inc. announced that it has signed a master franchise agreement with the Dunkin’ owner Inspire Brands Inc., giving it the exclusive right to run the restaurants in Canada.
