Reception agency COA has failed to clear the asylum reception locations in Hardenberg (Overijssel) and will therefore have to pay the first penalty imposed by the municipality after Tuesday. A COA spokesperson announced this. By the end of Monday, there were still 427 people in the reception center on Jachthuisweg and five in the emergency location in Loozen.
