- Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Home Minister Amit Shah, and Defence Minister Rajnath Singh are attending the ceremony, alongside chief ministers from 22 NDA-ruled states and union territories.
- Pledging "full dedication" to growth, the administration aims to build a "stronger, more developed, and prosperous Assam" under the double-engine government vision.
