- With construction begun on 322 schools, Majhi advised collectors to acquire private land if government parcels are unavailable and suggested involving local MLAs to accelerate land identification.
- Allocating Rs 2,200 crore for the 2026-27 fiscal, the government directed collectors to monitor progress weekly and submit reports to the School and Mass Education Department to ensure timely execution.
- School and Mass Education Minister Nityananda Gond participated in the meeting as the Chief Minister committed to personally reviewing the project's implementation every month to guarantee targets are met.
