Closures scheduled for Poplar Street in Rogers for construction

ROGERS, Ark. (KNWA/KFTA) — The city of Rogers announced multiple upcoming road closures in downtown for the Poplar Street construction project. According to a press release from the city, the closures are timed for when schools are on summer break and are meant to expedite the project.
