Clinic building in Lake Oswego changes hands

A Lake Oswego-based group has purchased a 6,000-square-foot retail building on Boones Ferry Road for $2.05 million. The property, formerly home to Lake Grove Veterinary Clinic, was snapped up by LMTS Unlimited, a limited liability company with links to FS Unlimited, a general contractor that focuses on renovating retail properties.
