"Climate Receipt" Unrolled in Front of Parliament in Vienna

On Tuesday morning, Greenpeace activists and actress Valerie Huber unrolled an eleven-meter-long "climate receipt" in front of the parliament in Vienna. "The emissions of the OMV over the last ten years alone cause climate damage of 102 billion euros worldwide", the environmentalists stated. Among them are consequential costs due to natural disasters, sea level rise and extreme weather as well as costs in the health sector and agriculture.
