CLEVELAND, Tennessee (WDEF) – The Cleveland City School system has decided to build two new facilities to keep up with their growing population. Cleveland has added 5,500 new homes in the city since 2021, and that means student enrollment has been growing. So the system has decided they need two new elementary schools to keep up.
