CLEVELAND HEIGHTS, Ohio — The city of Cleveland Heights asked the Cuyahoga County Prosecutor’s Office to consider felony charges against the officer who recorded body camera footage of Mayor Kahlil Seren’s wife’s Dec. 6 outburst inside City Hall — video the city has refused to release.
