CLEVELAND CO., N.C. – The Cleveland County Sheriff’s Office says it’s busted up a drug ring operating within the county. The organization is accused of trafficking large amounts of meth, fentanyl and cocaine. The months-long investigation led to the arrest of alleged ringleader Santana Elliot. He was arrested in Myrtle Beach. Other co-conspirators were arrested in Shelby, Mint Hill and Chesnee, South Carolina.
