Clear Path Recovery asks county to be fiscal agent for grant

Logan County Commissioners expressed some reluctance Tuesday about the county possibly serving as the fiscal agent for a grant that Clear Path Recovery plans to seek as it works to open an addiction treatment center in Sterling.
