Somerset announces disaster relief, aid center for those affected by flooding
SOMERSET COUNTY, Pa. (WTAJ) -- The Somerset EMA announced that a Multi-Agency Resource Center (MARC) for victims of last week's flooding will be held in Meyersdale. State Officials Assess Damage Done By Flooding In Somerset County
Relief efforts are in the works for those who were most affected by recent flooding in Somerset County. Reportedly, state officials with the Governor’s Office, and the Pennsylvania Emergency Management Agency (PEMA) visited areas last week that were most impacted by the flooding, to evaluate the damage, and also to coordinate assistance.
