Classic Lexus has decided against a move to Beachwood

Classic Lexus of Willoughby Hills had, through Classic Auto Group President Jim Brown, stated in April a desire to buy the former DoubleTree By Hilton Hotel property at 3663 Park East Drive in Beachwood as the new home for its dealership. On June 5, however, it was stated that Classic Lexus has withdrawn from its contract to purchase the nearly 10-acre site. It now remains for sale with a price tag of $16 million.
