CLARKTON, N.C. (WECT) – A 32-year-old Clarkton man faces first-degree burglary and kidnapping charges following an incident on Wednesday on Carver Moore Road. David Lee Carter was arrested on April 2 by the Columbus County Sheriff’s Office, according to court records.
